Products & Designs

I've designed some products and realising not everyone has a 3D printer in their workshop to use a free file, I'm putting the file on Makerworld but also able to make them to sell if you want to buy something

Tablesaw Mitre Slot Rails

I've made these to fit my Evolution R255TBL saw (released in 2024).
They have been designed as closely as I could to have zero movement in them, at worst there should be a fraction of a mm, but if appropriately spaced under a sled would be fine.
The 3 screw holes I've designed for 4mmx20mm screws but the length will be relevant to your sled thickness. The head should be no larger than 7.5mm though.
Made with PETG these are stable in hot weather as much as possible.

Evolution R255TBL Throat Plate

I haven't been a fan of the standard metal throat plate for the R255TBL, because the slot is just too big.
Because of this, I have designed 2 versions. 1 with a slot that's smaller than the original, and 1 without a slot to cut your own - the latter will also work if you want a throat plate specifically for an angled cut if you do the same thing over and over.
This is constructed from PETG so is strong and can cope with the summer heat without deforming, however, this does mean it is a touch more brittle, so particularly when cutting a slot, you'll need to wear safety glasses in case any chips go flying.

45 Degree Jig for Table Saw

Yes you can use your mitre gauge, but sometimes you want the stability of a cross cut sled AND the ability to cut accurate 45 Degree cuts.
This has been designed to be able to be held against the cross cut sled fence with a clamp, be screwed to the fence, or be screwed to the base of the sled.
Made from strong PETG this should help your accuracy for everything from picture frames to trim.

how do I get you to make them and how much do they cost?

That's something I'm working on right now. I'm new to all this website malarkey, so I have to figure out if I'm going to use a shop integration or just ask you to email me for more information.
These will not be for free if I'm going to make them obviously, and I take no responsibility for your safety and competency in using my products.
I will do my best to ensure they are affordable, however, Woodwork Journey is my job, my business, so I can't do them for cost price. Hopefully you will understand the need for channel support - particularly when I don't do Patreon etc.

where you can find me

I'm going to try super hard to figure out making an email list, and don't worry, you won't get loads of spam, just letting you know of any new designs or important channel related stuff.
The email link below doesn't currently work, but the socials do!

Sometimes you have to buy stuff, so here's stuff I use. maybe some discountcodes and links, as well as my Amazon storefront with affiliate links (you don't pay more but it supports the channel)

Click on the Amazon logo button and it'll take you to my store front with affiliate links to a bunch of the stuff I use - I am horrible at updating it, but I'm trying to be better!
